Triple Crown Blackberry Pockets

Just a quick short crust pastry and a few teaspoons of Inna Jam’s Triple Crown Blackberry jam add a teaspoon of flour to the top of the jam. Seal edges with egg wash and press down with a fork. Cut steam holes, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake 375° 20 minutes or until golden.
